Telekinesis
Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with the power of your mind. No physical influence is needed as your mind does all the work. But, in order to achieve this ability, you must practice.
Most people will tell you that it does not exist outside of the movie world but this is far from the truth. It is being practised by thousands of people everyday and has been for years. Well before TV series’ like ‘Heroes’ and movies like ‘X-Men’ were around. The only thing it requires to learn this ability is total concentration – which is harder than it sounds.
The first thing you must do before attempting Telekinesis is develop your concentration techniques. To do this just pick a small item on your shelf or a point on the wall and concentrate on it for as long as you can without letting your mind wonder. If it does just bring your mind back to the object and keep going. Over time this will become easier and you will be able to concentrate your mind on something far easier than before. Just make sure you find a quiet place to work and try to practice this everyday and as much as you can.
Once your concentration level has risen then you’re ready to move on to the PSI Wheel. If you don’t have one then you can make your own very easily (click here to find out how). Or if you’d rather then you could just use a rounded pen or pencil or any light object that can roll easily.
Sit comfortably with the chosen object in front of you and concentrate on it. You can do this with your eyes open or close your eyes and use your minds eye. Feel and envision its energy. Is it warm or cold? Soft or hard? Feel it flowing around and through the object. All physical things have energy, science has proved this. And everything has a vibration including your own body and mind. Once your have felt, or even seen, the objects energy you must then try to feel your own. Ask yourself the same questions as before. Then try to merge your energy with that of the objects and imagine the object in its new position. If using a PSI Wheel then imagine its rotated into a new position. If using a pen the see it laying just a few centimeters away.

Check out the link above for the different exercises to try yourself. But remember not to get frustrated and give up too easily. To make progress you need to be relaxed so if you feel you’re getting worked up just leave it and go back to it later.
The majority of the worlds population can’t preform Telekinesis simply because they don’t know how to do it. And the majority of the people who have tried it can’t preform Telekinesis simply because they give up before making progress. Don’t let yourself be one of them.
