Healing with light is a visualization exercise where you use visual signals to aid the healing in your body. When you visualize, you are keeping the mind concentrated on your goal. This keeps your mind from wandering. When professional runners were wired up to meters and asked to visualize themselves running a race, it showed all their usual muscles fired up as if they were doing it for real. This proved that our body doesn’t know if something is real or not, and just goes off the brains input. And if we take advantage of this knowledge, then we can trick the body into healing just by using visualization.
This exercise will guide you through what to visualize as you breathe in, hold, then breathe out. It’s designed to be a quick exercise that can be done practically anywhere.
